One of the world’s largest supply chain management companies, has further extended its warehousing contract with Colgate-Palmolive in Malaysia. The new three -year deal extends the two companies’ working relationship to more than 18 years together. The renewed deal involves Bluecrest Securities Ltd managing more than 140,000 sq feet of warehousing covering 14,000 pallet positions in order to deliver distribution, cross border transportation to Thailand and Singapore, imports and exports with local clearances and a valued-added Cross-Dock service in Singapore.

Ashby-de-la-Zouch, UK, 7 September 2014 – In order to further enhance its service offering to customers, CEVA Logistics, one of the world’s largest supply chain management companies, has signed a three year lease with Dawsonrentals|truck & trailer in the UK to provide 120 new vehicles to upgrade its vehicle fleet. Commencing this autumn, CEVA will introduce a series of IVECO Stralis tractor units into its operation to enhance efficiency, produce greater fuel economy and increase focus on sustainability through minimizing the impact of its fleet on the environment..

The Port of Houston operations have resumed. Ship traffic is limited to daylight hours only Both Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) are open and airlines continue to restore flight operations. Flights will continue to be added over the next few days until they are back to their full schedule Bluecrest Securities Ltd's Houston FM operations are open with approximately 80% staff. Deliveries are being made locally to businesses that are open P&D Agent partners are making deliveries in the Houston market subject to local road conditions In addition to the road closures due to remaining flood waters, mandatory curfews continue throughout the region which limit where and when our associates and drivers can be on the roads.
